knowledge of how to organise and control operations.

Introduction and is divided into 3 study sections.
Section 1 Administrative Systems
2.1.1 Identify and
interpret the information available to prepare the workplace for operations.
organisational and communications systems which enable construction sites to
meet their objective.
2.1.3 Identify and explain
the measures that have to be taken to fulfil statutory obligations to site
occupiers, neighbours and the general public.
Section 2 Site Layout and Monitoring
2.2.1 Know how to plan
and apply work place layouts.
2.2.2 Monitor the progress
2.2.3 Monitor and control
standards of workmanship.
Section 3 Procurement and Monitoring of Materials
2.3.1 Contribute to
procuring the supply of materials for operations
2.3.2 Monitor and control
the supply and use of materials for operations
2.3.3 Monitor and control
the supply and use of site plant, small tools and equipment.
